We provide information, networking, workshops, activites and consultations for Holistic Health & Healing.
Some of our options are Relaxation, Aromatherapy, Pregnancy & Infant Massage, Reflexology, Reiki,"The Journey" for Adults & Children - Emotional Release/Cellular Healing, Bach flower remedies, Naturopathy, Physiotherapy, Art Therapy, Meditation Group Wednesdays 10.30am-11.30am, Yoga classes or private Sessions, Yoga Nidra, Spiritual Cinema Group,Tai-chi, Tai-chi for Arthritis, Crystal Beading, Spiritual reassurance, Weekly Drop-In's Wednesday 11.00am-1.00pm, Indigo/Crystal Parents Support & Social Group.
We hold Intro-talks and workshops to promote awareness of practitioners, facilitators, Holistic groups and businesses available to our community.
We also have a Shop for a Wide Variety of Health & Healing Books, Angel Cards, C'd's ,Crystals, and Products. We sell vouchers, concessions, and have space for practioners 1/2 day, full day, per week, or Hall / Art room for rent for workshops.
Our Vision is to be guided by what our Community Needs & to provide informed & professional options for people to proactively create individual and flexible Healing practices. We have a real Family-Centre feel, all is welcomed with love and Acceptance, it was born of a wish to regain 'community' caring & connection for myself, my family & friends, and I have certainly restored my sense of dis-connection that we feel often times in our life.
