About MeI'm an astrologer, hypnotherapist and counsellor, though my main focus is on astrology at the moment. I'm exploring ways of combining these skills currently. I'm in the middle of a practictioner course in Focusing. I live in Exeter with my husband Antony, who is a tattoo artist, my son Jake, and our two cats Cato and Grendel.
I practice meditation using Centerpointe's Holosync Meditation - previous to this, in spite of my experience with guided trancework in hypnotherapy, and self-hypnosis, I found it really difficult to meditate (!) but now I do it every day, yay!
