About Me

I'm a self employed therapist, who is passionate about life and therapies! I live in handforth with my two children. I love dealing with people and helping them find a way around what the doctors just call "stress related illnesses".

Instead of just playing the game "find the pill" that doctors seem to play,
I love the fact that what we do as therapists actually combats these ailments. We look deeper for the cause of the problems instead of just treating the symptoms and treat people as individuals.

It works so well,that everybody should have the personal touch in their lives that we offer. i firmly believe this to be true from the amazing results that a little time, understanding and the choice of the right treatment can achieve.

My Philosophy On Life: I believe that with the right help and right frame of mind anything you want from life is possible. Happiness and health come from within... its only you that can change the way your life goes, so only you can change it for the better. Imagination is the birth of all expression.

My Interests: I would love to become a doula!! After having two children myself i noticed a distinct lack of choice and help for a relaxing, natural and rewarding birth., After having one child in France and another in England the story was still the same... Its bloody scary!, My next project is to help mums turn what should be the most rewarding part of their lives from a scary experience to one that is relaxing, well informed and above all as natural as possible.

My Inspirations: Dr David Hawkins, Paulo coelho, Rhonda byrne.

Music I Love: Very ecclectic. from rock to soul and beyond. anything that sounds good to me. from Aretha franklin to rage against the machine and the chilli peppers.. plus a whole lot in between.

Movies I Love: Tarantinos 'true romance' ." Joan d'arc"-Luc besson and many of his films. Most films with Johnny depp in- not because he's lovely looking, but that helps. : )

TV Shows I Love: I don't watch much telly. BUT.. lost and soprano's both get my full attention when i catch them.

Books I Love: Celestine prophecy, The alchemist, Jonathon Livingston Seagull.

Places I Love: California, South of france, Anglesey.
