About Me
I trained as a mural designer. I have a background in education as well as being an artist. As a qualified teacher I taught art for many years in a Twickenham Comprehensive School. I am a practising painter and mosaicist. I teach mosaics.
I have been practising Biodanza for 11 years and teaching it for 5 years.
I trained as a teacher in the London School of Biodanza with the Director Patricia Martello and with the Coordinator Marcelo Di Matteo. I believe that the three years of rigourous, but at the same time very enjoyable, training in the school has given me an in-depth knowledge of the system.
Biodanza is my favourite form of relaxation, fun and creative expression, it gives me the opportunity to continue developing a better relationship with myself and my physical body
.
I am continually amazed by the changes Biodanza can make in the lives of people of all ages and backgrounds. The transformation can be clearly observed, from pain and discomfort to vitality and health.
This motivates and inspires me to share my experience with others.
